With the USB-C port on my smartphone no longer working (thanks Samsung!), I've changed over to 100% QI charging for my phone feeding needs - and I can't say I'd ever go back to a corded charging setup! Sure, I still believe a cabled connection will charge your phone quicker, however the freedom and convenience of a wireless charging mat is just to good to pass by.
Wireless charging is finally here to stay, and supported by almost all new phone makes, however if you're someone who hates having any lights in the room when trying to sleep, then you'll understand the struggle in finding a QI charging pad without blindingly bright LED lights all over them! However this little beauty, features the most discreet LED function light, which is completely obscured once your phone is in place. Perfect for a good nights rest - for you and your phone! ;-)
At around 7mm thick, the design is slim and elegant. Furthermore the lightly textured surface on the charging pad helps to grip your phone, without scrating it's shiny surfaces. Charging duties are handled by an input power of 5V/2A or 9V/1.67A when using a QC 3.0 charger.
This wireless charger is compatible with any modern device that supports Qi charging (iPhone 8 and above, Samsung Galaxy S6 and above plus many more). The PCB is built right into the base of the charger to help keep everything cool. The charger features a Micro-USB charging port and includes a charging cable in the box.
