Sometimes, motherboard manufacturers build their circuit boards in such a way that, for the sake of cramming everything into the correct form factor, they sometimes sacrifice accessibility. Ram sticks and video cards can overhang close to or over SATA and IDE ports, making it difficult to run straight cables out of them to your hard drives and CD/DVD drives.

What you need, then, is a super-handy 50cm Right-Angle SATA Cable that can sneak out from underneath any bulky components. This particular cable has a tight, 90-degee right angle plug on one end for any time or place where space is tight. It's perfect for both residential and commercial computing because it is shielded against EMI/RFI and meets Serial ATA 3.0 standards.

Note: While SATA cables have not physically changed as the speed of hard drives has increased, and our cables are suitable for all SATA speeds (1.5 Gbit/s, 2 Gbit/s. 6 Gbit/s), we have not yet tested these cables at the new SATA v3.2 16 Gbit/s standard.
