OMG! I think this is the only Bluetooth speaker I'll ever need!
OK, maybe that's a big claim - but you haven't heard this speaker yet! Considering the compact proportions of this elegantly executed marvel (just 165x45x55mm), I wasn't expecting so much sound. But as I maxxed out the volume via the speakers controls, then moved my iPad's volume towards full, the sound kept growing - louder and louder - well beyond the expectations of such a cute little box.
But a loud speaker is one thing - retaining the sound quality is another. While I would say the sound output is more balanced at around 70-80% volume, unlike many small portable speakers, the sound doesn't start to break up as you reach the volume limit... and fortunately as that limit is quite high, you won't need to always have the speaker running at full clicks to enjoy your music!
So, is this really the only Bluetooth speaker I'll even need? We'll when it comes to the throw-in-my-bag-and-take-everywhere variety, yes indeed. It really is that good. You see there's a distinct difference between a portable speaker, and a solid set of (much larger) speakers you might have setup more permanently at home - for relaxed music and movie enjoyment. A good set of portable speakers are the perfect enhancement of sound for your portable devices on the go. They are designed to offer better sound than you'll ever get on the device itself. but they are not designed to replace a set of loungeroom or desktop PC speakers. And that's why this little white boom-box will end up in my travel kit ;-)
What are the specs?
So, what's the specs I hear you say.
