Composite AV signals are the birthplace of AV connections, but incredibly versatile!

You'll recognise the Composite AV cables or sockets by the Yellow, White and Red RCA terminals, which carry the Video, Left & Right Stereo Audio signals respectively.

Did you know that in most cases, a regular 3RCA AV switch or splitter can be used for either Component Video or Composite AV operations? Just be sure to connect the same coloured terminals from start to finish.
