Connect any DisplayPort screen to your shiny new MacBook, Chromebook, laptop and even some smartphones via the Type-C USB socket. Suitable for use with Thunderbolt and DisplayPort Alt-Mode USBC ports.

USB Type-C has become the defacto standard for gadgets, thanks to its reversible connector, small form factor and blistering fast speeds. Chances are your everyday computer or phone already has a USB-C socket, and soon most of them will support video output, too. Ultra HD 4K is no problem for video-enabled USB-C, and audio can be delivered alongside picture if your display has speakers built-in.

No special drivers or software are required, as USB-C leverages DisplayPort Alt-Mode at the hardware level to be compatible with DisplayPort (and HDMI) signals. Just plug and play for resolutions up to 4K@60Hz, including 1080p@120Hz and other resolutions supported under the HBR2 specification such as HDR10. Please check your devices for individual resolution support and feature compatibility.

Question: Hi, I am looking to buy a USB 2.0 to Cat6 Ethernet adapter to connect with Cat6 cable. Is that available?

Answer: "This adapter as well as our Hub+adapter (product code UDV4023) are both compatible with Cat6 cables and networks. The only difference is that USB 2.0 can't leverage the faster speeds available through Cat6 cable, so gigabit transfer rates will not be possible. All other network features will be accessible using Cat6 (or better) cable."

Answer: "I'm afraid these types of cables often have issues with non-standard resolution settings so unfortunately we aren't able to guarantee compatibility without being able to test this ourselves."

Answer: "I'm afraid this cable will only work with the USB C connected to the source device. At this time we don't have any options available for use with a USB C display."
