Make any TV or Projector Smart with an Android Media Player!
Enables access to WIFI networks on Windows and MacOS based computers. Great for laptops and desktops which don't have WiFi built-in, or have a faulty adapter.
Most computers these days ship with Wifi out of the box, but for those budget systems and tired tech with broken or missing WiFi adapters, this dual-band adapter is your ticket back onto the internet.
Featuring AC1300 Dual Band Wi-Fi, you can connect to either 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz networks and enjoy 400Mbps or 867Mbps speeds respectively. That means plenty of throughput for HD streaming and gaming, alongside solid access to emails and websites.
The party-piece of this adapter is the adjustable high-gain antenna, paired with a USB 3.0 (Type-A) interface for better reliability and faster speeds over other dongles. The antenna reaches your router signal from farther away and with a more stable connection than adapters without - perfect for areas of the house with otherwise spotty Wifi.
Also supports MU-MIMO (on compatible networks) for improved speed and efficiency. Works with Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 7 and XP, as well as MacOS 10.11 to 10.15 with drivers available from the TP-Link website.
Note: Does not connect to both WiFi bands simultaneously.

Question:
Can this unit just be connected to a TV and Audio Amplifer without being connected to an X-Box, as I have read the instruction Manual and it seems to need X-Box connection for each setting. I just really want something to connect multiple devices to my TV/Audio setup?
Answer:
"No this device can simply be used for AV switching without the presence of an Xbox 360."
