You can use it directly, or as a gender-changing extension cable between opposing plugs. Whether in-wall or out in the open, your television transmissions are protected by 99.96% oxygen free copper (OFC) with 100 Ohm insulation and 75 Ohm resistance for low signal loss, attenuation and interference.
