Hi, how are these terminated? Can I use an existing RCA lead, chop off the ends and fit 3 of these?

"These are terminated as shown in the photo, with one female socket to fit an existing male-terminated cable, and one male connector to plug into your TV / VCR / Sound System, etc.
No modification of cables or soldering is required or supported."
